PullDeal Middleman Service Rules

1. General Rules

• Both buyer and seller agree to these terms.
• PullDeal acts only as a neutral middleman.
• All trades are logged and recorded.
• Scams, chargebacks or impersonation result in a permanent ban.

2. Accepted Items

• Software and programs
• Website source code
• Digital accounts (where legally transferable)
• Domains
• Graphics and designs
• E-books and digital documents
• Game assets
• Other digital products approved by PullDeal

3. Software Transactions

• PullDeal may scan files using security tools.
• PullDeal may perform basic functionality testing.
• Long-term functionality after delivery is not guaranteed.
• PullDeal is not responsible for future updates or compatibility.

6. Fees

• Standard digital goods: $5
• Software / programs verification: $25
• Custom services: price set by complexity, verification time, transaction value and custom testing

7. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate payment information.
• Clearly describe the item being purchased.
• Test delivered products promptly.
• Report issues within the testing period.

8. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate descriptions.
• Deliver the exact item agreed upon.
• Ensure the item is functional and owned by the seller.
• Cooperate during verification.

9. Disputes

• Verification logs, screenshots and records may be used to resolve disputes.
• PullDeal's decision is final unless evidence of error is provided.
• False dispute claims may result in suspension.

10. Refunds

• Refunds may be issued if the seller fails to deliver.
• Refunds may be issued if the item significantly differs from description.
• Fees are generally non-refundable once verification has begun.

11. Limitation of Liability

PullDeal is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, platform bans, account recoveries, software updates or user misuse.

12. Right to Refuse Service

PullDeal may refuse any transaction for security, legal or risk-management reasons without explanation.

Recommended Testing Periods

• Small digital goods: 1 hour
• Accounts / domains: 6 hours
• Software: 24 hours
• Custom software: 48 hours
• High-value transactions: 72 hours (case-by-case)
